going great

Ok so maybe i'll start making these a weekly thing instead of a daily one.  Well 1st Great news  I"VE LOST 11Lbs.  Which is great  i'm stoked about it if ya can't tell.  I've been following our ragnar training program.  wednesday last week i ran 15 min, thurdsay i did a 20 min zumba dvd because well i was sore from basketball on tuesday.   Friday i did 15 and 6.5 and 7 mph pace so just under a 10 min pace went somewhere around 2 miles.  and saturday even though i said i wasn't going to i ran 10 min at 6.7 and finished at an 8 mph pace.  We took sunday off to watch the super bowl and because on our program it says we can but Kurtis (the Hubby) and i decided we need to at least go for a walk or something because monday becomes way to hard if were not doing something everyday.  yesterday i did 15min at 6mph then did 5 more at 6 and ended it at 8.  so i felt pretty good.  anyway tonight is basketball night again wahooo i really love it even though i hurt after but that will go away hopefully.
