Ok so i've been praying to have more motivation to work out and i think that my answer has been that with the exception of 2 days one of which i was sick i have been waking up at 5am no matter when i go to bed. thats 2 whole hrs before kurtis has to be at work so it gives me time to think about not going and then still time to go. This morning i got on Pintrest and was looking at some fitness motivation and did that till about 6:30 then got off the couch and went for a 15 min run. Then when i got back it did some more looking and found a web site i love that has really super quick interval training. I mean 4 min worth of interval training i love it EVERYONE has time for and its completely free so check out bodyrock.tv/ they also give you eating guides. also Rock my Run looking promising. its full of running mixes. and here are a few of my motivational quotes from this morning:

This is my Goal to look like i probably looked pretty close to this in high school. except for the arms but this is what my eventual goal is.
