so i took a way to long break for christmas. I really should have one out yesterday but i didn't, sooooo sooo tired. But this morning i went out and guess what after 3 days off my legs weren't tired i felt so good i only did a short run again because i woke up late and kurtis had to get to work but still it felt good to get back to it. Then i did a medicine ball ab circut. feeling good again!
